EMI/CMG songwriter Vernon S. Williams is promoting his new CD release “Anticipation” through his Tour entitled “Unveiling the Journey.” He is a Pastor of Worship in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he leads Mt. Bethel Church into corporate worship under his Sr. Pastor C.E. Glover. Williams is passionately involved in mentoring ministry gifts, worship leaders and ministers of music across the country in an effort to challenge the consciousness of the Church for the cause of Christ. He says that worship for him is the journey of life… every breathe we take… every step we make… in pursuit of a life in Christ. He expresses his convictions about this consciousness in a series of books he authored, and a Volume I and Volume II CD series compilation he produced, entitled “Defining Worship Again.” However, Williams is extremely excited about the new release “Anticipation”, which he says is the greatest expression to date out of all he’s done.
Williams describes the uniqueness of Anticipation by celebrating the production of Grammy and Stella nominee and Dove Award winner producer, Antonio Neal who brings contemporary, neo soul, and commercially universal appeal to his songwriting. He also celebrates the vocal styles and arranging of Darlene McCoy, Delisha Egerton, Kim Mont, Hayley Reed and Q and programming by Kyle Lovett. Finally he celebrates the string arrangements and the instrumentals of some of the greatest musician in Nashville.
The 100 Church Promo Tour will start in his hometown in middle Georgia and will span through-out the southeastern United States from April 16th through November 2008.
